Grand Hyatt hotel in Malaysia has opened its door in August 2012. It conveniently located right next to the KLCC. We were here at Thirty8 for a high tea.


Located strategically on the 38th floor, the quadruple volume space of THIRTY8, comprising of a 360-degree city view, restaurant, wine bar and lounge, is the defining element of the restaurant. The design and layout of this Kuala Lumpur restaurant allows for an effortless space, an open but comfortable ambience. Heightening the discerning diners’ experience are the lively show kitchens, offering a selection of steaks, seafood, sushi and sashimi. A chic venue for guests to meet up for pre- and post-dinner drinks, the wine bar at THIRTY8 commands great views of the city and is the perfect venue for evening drinks and cocktails. All mixed drinks and cocktails ordered from the restaurant are dispensed from the bar.

Guest can also enjoy the stunning views of KL city while relaxing at the lounge. An elegant sitting area, adjacent to the Sky Lobby, the lounge area is accessible via the bubble lift or staircase next to the bar. The lounge is a place to relax while enjoying a cup of aromatic coffee or tea with captivating city views to be taken in at the same time. A wide selection of hot and cold, alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with a strong emphasis on excellent coffees and teas will be served.
